Now, ahead of Wednesday's quarter-final between Real Madrid and Arsenal, Hakimi has warned both teams that PSG are growing in confidence after their recent performances in the competition.
"I think we are really confident," said the PSG captain after his side's progression at Villa Park on Tuesday. "In the last two years, we have worked a lot and improved a lot and we are on the way to becoming a big team.
"We are again in the semi-finals and we want to show everyone that PSG is a big team, a big club and we are going to fight for all the titles we can."
