In his debut season, Nkunku missed over 40 games due to knee, hip and hamstring issues. This season has been more promising, however, with the Frenchman making 42 appearances across all competitions and scoring 14 goals.

Even so, speculation surrounding his future continues to grow. According to , Liverpool are among the clubs monitoring his situation.

The report claims Nkunku has been added to the Reds’ shortlist, with his versatility seen as a key asset by head coach Arne Slot.

However, are not alone in their interest. Bayern Munich and Newcastle United are also reportedly in the mix, and while Nkunku remains under contract at Stamford Bridge until 2029, he could be available for around £50 million this summer.
