Disneyland Paris offers Christmas visitors free Channel crossing in limited time deal

For many families, a trip to Disneyland Paris is the ultimate dream – a chance to see Sleeping Beauty’s Castle dusted with frost, wander through twinkling festive decorations and meet beloved Disney characters in their seasonal costumes. From magical parades to Christmas shows, the resort transforms into a fairytale destination in autumn and winter.

Disneyland Paris has announced a new travel offer that allows visitors who book a stay at a Disneyland hotel to use LeShuttle services freeof charge for a limited time. The promotion applies to arrivals between November 28, 2025 and March 31, 2026, with bookings made between now until October 2, 2025 .

LeShuttle, previously known as Eurotunnel, provides a direct crossing from Folkestone to Calais. The journey takes just 35 minutes, with up to four shuttle departures every hour. From Calais, visitors can reach Disneyland Paris in approximately three hours and 15 minutes by car.

Unlike air travel, LeShuttle offers passengers the ability to bring as much luggage as their vehicle can carry, with no baggage restrictions. Families also benefit from the flexibility of driving at their own pace, with the option to make stops along the way to help keep littles one comfortable.

Travellers who have already hopped on the cross-Channel train have called it "fast and efficient." One family who enjoyed the freedom of getting away in their own vehicle left a five-star review on Tripadvisor that said: "What a magical experience! We drove from Wales and took the euro tunnel. Driving in France was simple enough and I would definitely do it again."

Another added: "Truly magical! First visit to Disneyland after aspiring to visit my whole life. We journeyed over from Manchester via the euro tunnel. Drive from the tunnel to vicinity is approximately 3 hours and a pleasant one." Some passengers were less enthused however, claiming that "trains get cancelled or delayed" and that "staff are rude and unhelpful."

Families can start the new year with a magical short break to Disneyland Paris, with prices from £106 per person, per night based on two adults and two children. The offer applies to selected Friday arrivals in January 2026 and is priced at a total of £841.76 for a two-night stay.

The package includes accommodation at Disney Hotel Cheyenne, a Wild West–themed resort, and three-day park tickets giving access to both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. Guests will also benefit from Extra Magic Time, allowing hotel visitors early entry to the parks before they open to the general public.

Bookings made by 2 October 2025 will also receive the free LeShuttle crossing, covering travel between Folkestone and Calais. With this deal expected to be popular, Disney fans shouldn't wait to long to book.

For Disney fans who would prefer to fly, Attraction Ticketshas a range of deals to choose from. Customers booking a Disneyland Paris Ticket + Hotel package for two nights or more will be gifted up to €75 Disney spending money, as well as an additional €25 with any meal plan. All guests will also receive 10 free printed retro-style photos to keep the magical memories alive for longer.

Alternatively, deal site Wowcher is offering two, three or four night Paris stays with Disneyland day ticket and return flights included from £179 in September. Representing good value for money, these deals come up cheaper with accommodation located further away from the park and are based on two adults and two children sharing.

The stage shows, though obviously short, are magnificent, as good as anything you'll see on a professional theatre stage. The rides are all exciting, with parades every day and wonderful light shows every night."

A third appreciated visiting during the low season, saying: "We went here in January for 5 days and it was the best time ever! Not only did I get engaged but the park was so quiet we walked on everything!"

However, not all reviews were quite so glowing. One disappointed visitor said: "Although the my daughter had a whale of a time it was freezing, very wet and quite frankly depressing. The queuing times were ridiculous especially having small children out in the pouring rain."

Another five-star review summed up the experience of a satisfied band of Disney devotees, saying: "We had a wonderful time at Disney, beautiful place better than what we saw on tv, amazing rides, very clean place considering how busy the place was, we had an amazing time. We will definitely be returning."
