As the current owner of Home Farm, it seems very little could push Kim Tate off her pedestal. Kim inherited the sprawling estate, which boasts of eleven bedrooms, from her ex-husband Frank Tate following his death in 1997.
But now , it looks as though Kim may now be facing the biggest fight of her life as Home Farm could find itself with a new owner, according to avid fans of the soap.
Social media platforms have been inundated with discussions about who is vying to replace Kim at the helm and have narrowed it down to three contenders. The names include Kim's son Jamie Tate, Caleb Miligan and Joe Tate.
Jamie left his mother heartbroken after he staged his own death and viewers recently saw that he was very much alive.
Knowing the finer details of the family business, Jamie appears to be the obvious choice.
His scheming behaviour has also been noticed as he regularly gas-lit Gabby and betrayed his own mother when she needed him the most.

Taking to , fans have been speculating over Jamie's possible return and his involvement in Home Farm.
On the Facebook page, one person wrote: "It won't be Joe taking Home Farm from Kim, it will be Jamie mark my words."
Another person penned: "They could easily be setting up his return so I agree." And a third added: "I've said this for months, they need to bring him back."
But another name that has been thrown into the mix is Caleb Miligan. Since arriving into the village, it has been known that he planned to take what he felt was rightfully his.
Two years ago, Caleb planned to dismantle the family business by setting traps and instigating mis-trust. And with his son Nicky by his side, he was able to infiltrate Home Farm seamlessly.
But another contender appears to be Joe Tate. Viewers saw that his return to the village last year caused chaos after it was revealed that he had been the mastermind in attempting to swipe Home Farm away from Kim.
Again, his thirst for vengeance and a planned take over is stemmed from what he believes is rightfully his.
According to reports, Joe seems to be leading the race to take over Home Farm, although speculation still appears to be a major subject of discussion.
