The BBC have announced the air date for their Ozzy Osbourne documentary which promises to showcase a moving and inspirational account of the final chapter of the rock legend's life.
Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home, a one-hour film made by Expectation for BBC One and iPlayer, will air on the 18th of August at 9pm.
The moving and inspirational account of the last chapter of Ozzy’s life, will be told through unique and intimate access to the whole Osbourne family, including Sharon, Jack and Kelly. It comes after Sharon Osbourne breaks down in tears at Ozzy's funeral in heartbreaking scenes.

The film, which is filmed over three years will captures the extraordinary roller-coaster of their lives as they complete their life long dream of moving back to the UK.
The documentary was originally conceived as a series, Home To Roost, to showcase Sharon and Ozzy's move back to the UK, which was announced in 2022.
However, as Ozzy's health sadly deteriorated, the programme evolved into documentary, Coming Home.
Fans will also see the Black Sabbath frontman battling to get fit enough to perform for the last time - as he wowed fans at Villa Park just weeks before his tragic death.
Teasing what fans can expect, Clare Sillery, BBC Head of Commissioning, Documentaries, says: “We are honoured to have had the opportunity to film with Ozzy and his family.
"The film captures an intimate glimpse into their journey as they prepare to return to the UK. It features family moments, humour, reflection and shows the enduring spirit that made Ozzy a global icon. We hope it brings comfort and joy to Ozzy’s fans and viewers as they remember and celebrate his extraordinary life.”
Fans can expect love, laughter and tears, as well as unforgettable moments from the Osbourne family, who have graced our screens ever since 2002.
The news comes shortly after the dad-of-six's death certificate revealed that Ozzy died from an 'acute myocardial infarction'and 'out of hospital cardiac arrest'.
But Ozzy's fans were more interested in the administrate details of the certificate. The official document states the late star's occupation as "songwriter, performer and rock legend".
