Patsy Palmer breaks down in tears over Mickey Rourke comment in latest Celebrity Big Brother drama

Patsy Palmer has been left in tears in the house after fellow housemate Mickey Rourke made comments about her cooking. The star went to the diary room to become upset after Mickey said that she was a terrible cook, with Patsy telling : "I always want my kids to always stand up for themselves."

In tonight's episode, Mickey made a number of jokes about Patsy's cooking and how he didn't rate the dishes that she was serving up. While Patsy said that she hoped he was being sarcastic and laughed it off, she soon went to the diary room to let off some steam to Big Brother.

"Sorry," she said, breaking down in tears. "I tried to talk that one out but it didn't really work. I feel like I let myself down there and I don't want my reactions to be like that.

"I always want my kids to always stand up for themselves. Maybe it was just a joke - maybe I need to look at it like that. I need to try to rise above it. It doesn't mean I have to like him."

With Mickey unaware that he had upset Patsy, he didn't let the issue drop - later telling Big Brother that they need to invest in providing better food for the contestants. "I think in future, you guys should hire really good chefs to feed the people," he said.

Mickey has been embroiled in a number of controversies during his time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, with the over his behaviour towards host when entering the show. He was then slapped with a formal warning by Big Brother after making .

Later on, Mickey was slammed by fans for after telling her: "You'd probably be better off running round the block for ten minutes," before adding: "It's like they say, you are what you eat."
