Minneapolis school shooter Robin Westman uploaded a chilling YouTube video that was deleted just hours before the deadly attack.
Westman, who legally changed his name from Robert in 2020, shot dead two children and injured at least 17 others at Annunciation Catholic School at about 8:30am on Wednesday during morning mass.
Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara told reporters Westman was not previously known to law enforcement, and died at the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was armed with a handgun, rifle and shotgun - all of which were purchased legally.

Westman, 23, who previously attended the school where his mum previously worked, uploaded a video to YouTube that included many disturbing details, including a message of wanting to kill the US President.
The videos, which were uploaded with Westman's name, displayed numerous black firearms and magazines scrawled with messages written in white. One magazine had the message "kill Donald Trump" written on it.
Other words written on the firearms and magazines include the names of mass shooters such as Norwegian White Supremacist Anders Breivik and Adam Lanza, who carried out the 2011 Norway and 2012 Sandy Hook killings, respectively. Anti-Semitic slurs and anti-India posts were also written on the firearms and magazines.
Lyrics "psycho killer" and internet meme catchphrases such as "uwu" emoticon and "skibidi," referring to the 'Skibidi Toilet' YouTube series, were also written on the firearms and magazine. A target was also seen in the video which included the face of Jesus Christ.
One of the videos appeared to show a crudely sketched floorplan of Annunciation Church with Cyrillic letters being seen on the page. Westman then stabbed the sketch with a knife.
Westman appeared to have stepped away from his previous transgender identification, according to The New York Post. He said in one of the videos: "I don’t want to dress girly all the time but I guess sometimes I really like it. I know I am not a woman but I definitely don’t feel like a man."
FBI Director Kash Patel said in a post on X/Twitter said following the shooting: "The FBI is investigating this shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and hate crime targeting Catholics. There were 2 fatalities, an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old. In addition, 14 children and 3 adults were injured. The shooter has been identified as Robin Westman, a male born as Robert Westman."
Minneapolis Mayor decried the shooting at a press conference, adding: "There are no words that can capture the horror and the evil of this unspeakable act - children are dead." He added: "Don’t just say, ‘This is about thoughts and prayers right now.’ These kids were literally praying. It was the first week of school. They were in a church."
