has been dealt a fresh blow after lifestyle icon Martha Stewart admitted she hasn't watched the Duchess of Sussex's much-hyped Netflix series. In a toe-curling moment during an sit-down, the notoriously shady Stewart, 83, appeared completely unaware With Love, Meghan had even aired. When asked about the show, which dropped on March 4, she responded: "Has it started?" - despite the fact it's been out for nearly two months.

Stewart confessed she had "not seen the show yet", but promised she'll give it a proper look eventually. "I'll watch an episode and see how she does," she said, adding that she "is curious". Also present at the interview was celebrity chef José Andrés, who leapt to Meghan's defence. The humanitarian praised the former actress, 43, for teaming up with his foundation to support victims of the Los Angeles fires earlier this year.

"She was not trying to take attention or anything to herself. ... It was great that she was there," he said.

Andrés, 55, also applauded the former Suits star for putting herself "out there" and said it was clear she'd been "inspired" by powerful women like Stewart.

It was revealed back in February that Meghan has been working on positioning herself as the next big lifestyle entrepreneur, aiming to rival the likes of Stewart, Joanna Gaines and

A source said: "From what I understand, I think Meghan will take on Martha Stewart, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ina Garten and play them at their own game," referencing the Duchess's new brand As Ever, which sells candles, teas, flower sprinkles and more.

Naturally, comparisons between Meghan and the original lifestyle queens have been swirling ever since-and fans were quick to speculate on a potential feud.

Last month, eagle-eyed viewers thought , 52, had thrown shade at Meghan by posting a video of herself making breakfast to the tune of Natalie Cole's This Will Be -a musical choice seen in several segments of Meghan's show.

But the Goop boss quickly shut down the speculation by sharing a video of herself in her kitchen with the Confessions of a Female Founder podcast host, laughing off rumours of any "beef".

"I genuinely do not understand this at all whatsoever," said the Iron Man star on Instagram.

Paltrow then moved the camera to show Markle, saying: "Do you understand this?"

The Suits alum, 43, mumbled and shrugged her shoulders before taking a bite of her food.

Despite the digs and the drama, Netflix has officially picked up With Love, Meghan for a second season. The new episodes are expected to premiere this autumn.
