AJMER: A railway employee who purchased an electric two-wheeler reportedly became so frustrated with the new vehicle that he went into depression.

On Saturday night, he jumped in front of a train at Daurai railway station and died. Police recovered a suicide note from his pocket in which he blamed his suicide on the company from which he purchased the electric two-wheeler.

According to GRP police, Hardev Ram (30), a resident of Jassipura in the Didwana-Kuchaman district, was posted as a nursing officer at the railway hospital in Ajmer and was residing in railway accommodation. GRP police were informed and they found a suicide note in his pocket. The body was sent for postmortem, and his family was informed.

Police said that based on the suicide note, they are carrying out further investigation. "The reason given is that he was troubled by the electronic vehicle of a certain company and therefore committed suicide," added GRP.
