Melania Trump skips Tiffany Trump's extravagant baby shower because there was 'no reason to attend'

Both Donald Trump and Melania Trump skipped the extravagant baby shower that Tiffany Trump threw in Miami last weekend. But Melania's absence is what is making the headlines and Mar-a-Lago sources revealed that there is nothing surprising in it as Melania Trump too, like the President, has her own schedule and even during the weekends. And there was no reason for her to attend the baby shower of her stepdaughter. PEOPLE reported that Melania was busy with her son Barron over the weekend.

But there is a reason why Melania's absence made the headlines as all other women of the Trump family including Lara Trump, Eric's wife and Bettina Anderson, Donald Trump Jr's girlfriend, were present there.

Even Don Jr's ex-girlfriend Kimberly Guilfpyle wished Tiffany on Instagram. "You look beautiful mama!" she wrote.

New York Magazine interpreted that even dropping a message for Tiffany Trump goes against Melania's curated image that she doesn't care.

Donald Trump initially shared the news in October, revealing the newest addition to the Trump family during his speech at the Detroit Economic Club.

Tiffany Trump, born October 13, 1993, is the fourth child of Donald Trump and his only child with his second wife, Marla Maples. Raised primarily by her mother in California after her parents’ 1999 divorce, Tiffany maintained a lower public profile than her older half-siblings—Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric—during her father’s first presidential term She grew up in Los Angeles, attending Viewpoint School before earning a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and a law degree from Georgetown University in 2020.

In 2022, Tiffany married Michael Boulos, a Lebanese-American businessman and heir to a Nigerian-based conglomerate, at Mar-a-Lago. The couple met in 2018 in Mykonos, and Boulos proposed in 2021 at the White House. Financially, Tiffany benefits from her father’s wealth—she received $1.2 million from Maples’ divorce settlement and is positioned for a share of the Trump estate—but she has not been linked to major business roles like her siblings.
